It is rare, but possible that the computer inside the unit goes bad. The main symptom of this is simply that the screen just shows a "No Signal" message right after turning on and it doesn't look like the computer is sending any input to the monitor. This is a replacement computer to get you up and running again. We also include a new microsd card to ensure that the unit is tested out and working correctly before it arrives.
- This is meant only as a replacement for existing units purchased from us as it include the sdcard that is compatible with our unit control panel.
- You may be asked to return the old unit on some occasions so that we can troubleshoot the issue. A pre-paid return label will be included in the box in these cases.
