Our Arcade cabinets are shipped via UPS at a flat rate of $79 in the continental USA. As our units are custom built when ordered, delivery time is about 3-4 weeks.
The cabinets are packaged with a combination of bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc to ensure safe travels. We also require signature delivery to ensure that you can inspect the package before taking delivery. It is advised that you open the box and check for damage before signing. If you see any immediate damage upon delivery, you can reject delivery and the item will be sent back to us. If you take delivery and find there is damage, we may need to schedule a time for UPS to come inspect the package. At that time they should offer to return it back to us. We will address any shipping damage and reship at no additional cost to you. If there is minor damage like cracked plexiglass screen, that can easily be fixed and we can send you a replacement panel at no additional cost. In this case it is advisable for you to take delivery and continue to enjoy the game while we send your new panel.
