Standard Repair/Replace Warranty


We are proud of our design and our assembly. We hope you are as well. Our main goal is that you have an attractive, functional gaming unit that arrives in the shape that we sent it. But as there are a lot of parts, there are also times some of these parts forget to play nice. Most things can be repaired by the customer, usually with a replacement part that we send. However, in extreme cases, structural damage may require a full replacement.

We offer a 3 month warranty on the structural build and parts, based on proper usage, and a 6 month warranty on the computer and operating system. The warranty goes into effect from the delivery date.

What is covered:

  • Shipping damage. We warranty the item from any shipping damage. Depending on the damage, we may send replacement parts or if the damage is substantial, we may request that you return the item to its original box and we will have the unit sent back to us and offer a replacement. Some examples of shipping damage include, but not limited to:
    • Structural damage to the cabinet
    • Visible Damage to, or non-functioning monitor
    • Cracks or breaks in any of the protective screens
    • Extreme Damage to the graphics
    • Non functioning internals (computer, encoder,lights)
  • Computer failure by either the computer unit no longer functioning
  • Software corruption
  • Faulty Joystick or buttons

In most cases of damage or faults, we will send replacement parts and give easily understandable instructions on how to repair. This may require the use of a screwdriver and some minor plugging and unplugging of connectors. Many of our repair guides already cover common issues. We will require the damaged parts be returned as part of the warranty replacement. A postage-paid address label will be included with the replacement for easy return.

What is not covered:

  • Damages caused by over excessive abuse of the game system by the customer. We build them very strong, but proper usage is expected.
  • Damages caused by improper mounting. We include the 200lb mount with instructions that must be followed for proper wall mount installation. Failure to mount to wall studs or use of proper support is not covered.
  • Damages caused by spilling liquids or other substances on the unit
  • Any other damages caused by the end user that are considered excessive or improper use.


Outside of the warranty period, we will still assist you with the purchase and acquisition of replacement parts. Please contact us to inquire about parts and costs.


Returns/Refunds

Obviously our goal is for our customers to keep their units that we worked so hard to build. But If for some reason there is some problem that we cannot resolve amicably, a full refund may be given within the first 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • Please ensure that the unit is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • Refunds will be given after the unit has been returned to us and we've determined that there was no intentional damaged caused by the customer or intentional negligence in repackaging.
