The system includes ~3800 games on a usb drive. The list of games was compiled from multiple top games lists across the internet, with the aim of filtering out only the most popular games.
These and more games are readily available on the internet and you can easily add more games by simply downloading them to your home computer, and removing the included usb drive from the mini computer into your home computer and copying it over. Game lists can be found here
